Estimates and pricing
- Prices shown on this website are draft starting prices and are not final quotes.
- Final pricing is provided through a property-specific estimate and may reflect property size, condition, access, frequency, materials, labor, equipment, and disposal requirements.
- No recurring billing begins until you approve a customized estimate and the related service terms.
Services
Service scopes are described in your approved estimate. Work outside an approved scope requires a new or updated estimate. Some specialized work (for example, large tree removal or work requiring specialized equipment) may be declined or referred to an appropriate specialist.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to serviced areas on scheduled days, including gate access where applicable, and to secure pets during service visits. Weather and safety conditions may require rescheduling; we will communicate changes as promptly as we can.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your approved estimate or subscription agreement. Recurring plans are billed through our payment processor after your approval, as described in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
